Refund & Return Policy

In accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer protection for distance contracts, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 working days from the date of receiving the product, without penalties and without providing any reason. The customer is responsible only for the return shipping costs.

Returned products must be sent back in the same condition in which they were delivered, namely:

• in the original packaging;

• unused;

• accompanied by all original documentation;

• in perfect working condition.

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Products must be returned to SC SARMIS COLUMNA FIRE SRL at the customer’s sole expense. Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected, and confirmed to meet the return conditions listed above.

Certain products are non-returnable, including items that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly, as provided by applicable law.

For orders paid by card, the refund will be issued to the same card used for the original transaction, within a maximum of 14 days from the acceptance of the return.
